Josh LichtensteinProgram Manager
Josh has been a rights and environment activist for almost thirty years, working with community, indigenous, women, farmer and conservation grassroots organizations and NGOs in both the US and internationally. He spend a decade in Latin America as trainer accompanying social movement advocacy campaigns, working with indigenous communities managing forests and coastal marine ecosystems and fighting extractive industries. Most recently he spend six years as Latin America and Forest Program Manager and then as Campaign Director at the DC based Bank Information Center, where he was also one of the CSO Observers to the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility for four of those years. He is currently working with RF-US on the Panama and Guyana Programs.
